Online Orders not printing automatically

The first thing you will want to check if your online orders are not automatically printing is your Kitchen Printer settings. To view these:

  1. Log in to your Revel admin system (RESTAURANT.revelup.com)
  2. Click on the Settings icon in the main navigational bar:
  3. This article is based on Classic View. If you do not know where to find this in the more updated view, you can switch to Classic View toward the top of the main section of the screen:
  4. On the left side, change your settings view from Basic to Advanced:
  5. In the left side, choose the "Kitchen View/Kitchen Print" section:
  6. Scroll down in the right pane to the "Dining Option Printers":
  7. Click in the "Online Ordering Printers" field and select the printer you want orders to automatically print to:
  8. Once selected, you will see it listed in the field:
  9. Make sure to scroll to the top right to click "Save." Once you do, you should see a Success message in green:
